Prescription / License

Electrotherapy Equipment, Traction Equipment, TENS units, Nebulizers, Compression Therapy Equipment, and Continuous Passive Motion Equipment are Medical Devices and Federal Law restricts the sale of these Equipment to sale by or on order of a Physician.

• If the device is being purchased for home use, a Doctor's Prescription is required.
• If the device is being purchased by a physician and shipped to his/her home, a copy of the doctor's license is required.
• If the device is being purchased by (and shipped to) a Rehab Facility, Physical Therapy Clinic, Hospital, or a Chiropractor, no prescription or License is required.
