The
THERABAND™ Closed Chain Disk is a circular-shaped foam disk containing
an adjustable foot attachment. It is a very versatile aquatic
exercise/therapy device. With the attached straps, it can be used to
exercise all the major leg and hip muscles, improve balance and increase
lower extremity range of motion. Without the straps, the disk can be
used to strengthen the upper body and improve trunk stability.
The
AQUAFINS™ Aquatic Exercise Kit will introduce you to a whole new way to work out
in the water. The unique, one-size-fits-all cuffs and Predator Fins are
made of soft Santoprene® rubber for strength and flexibility, and can be worn
comfortably on the wrists or ankles for full body conditioning. Each kit
contains 2 cuffs, 4 Predator Fins, a mesh carrying case and detailed
instructions for toning and strengthening legs and lower back, inner and outer
thighs, arms, chest and upper back.
THERABAND™
Hand Bars contain 2 round foam floats connected by a padded handle that
look like free weights used on land. Hand Bars are designed for use
during independent aquatic exercise programs or in group programs. The
foam floats provide resistance as the Hand Bars are moved under the
water, enhancing upper body strength and range of motion. They are also
used to increase flexibility and strengthen the lower back and abdominal
muscles
THERABAND™ Hand Bars are supplied in three levels of resistance
and buoyancy in the water. Sold in pairs, all three sizes are
color-coded and have padded handles for added comfort during use.
THERABAND™
Kickboards are ideal as swim training aids. They are also used for trunk
extension and hip strengthening as well as toning and working the legs and lower
extremities, shoulders and arms.
The
THERABAND™ Pull Buoy provides buoyancy to the lower body while upper body
strength is developed during swim training.
